Crowdfolio brings like minded people together to make investing in buy-to-let property accessible to everyone.
Most of us have wanted to invest in property, and return the sort of yields you can get from rental income, but many of us find doing it on our own either too daunting, or too expensive.
Unlike other shared investment plans that provide peer-to-peer lending, Crowdfolio lets you invest only what you can afford (usually starting at £1,000) in part ownership of buy-to-let properties, giving you the same yield on your investment, but without the upfront commitment.
